Acting as an extension of client staff, the program manager upholds the client's interests in all areas of project implementation from planning and design, through procurement and construction, and into operations and maintenance.

    DAI also offers construction management (CM) services geared to a project's size and complexity, and backed by a corporate commitment to total quality management. On complex assignments entailing numerous projects and multiple contractors, our involvement extends from overseeing the planning and design phases to managing bidding and procurement and full CM services.
